President and CEO
The Founder, President and CEO of Green Power Dynamics, is the principal investor in product development both financially and intellectually. He has been a business owner/operator for more than thirty years and developed and subsequently sold businesses using original, patented or proprietary inventions. Currently he owns/operates businesses in the areas of aviation, movie special effects, marketing and technology.
He has performed in or was in charge of special effects for over 200 movies and TV shows. He is an accomplished engineer and scientist with hands-on experience in the evolution of the technology behind Green Power Dynamics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences and Geology.
Chief Financial Officer
Our CFO has 25 years of in-depth experience helping dozens of companies with over 100 transactions involving more than $40 billion in financings, acquisitions and new business.
As Partner and Operating Manager for an energy solutions consulting firm, he develops and executes strategy, capital structure, financial controls and business development for companies in clean technologies that include renewable energy, distributed power, power generation & distribution, clean-coal, “green” materials, energy efficiency, energy management, waste management and software solutions that manage energy usage.
Previously, he was a Director in Technology Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. He spent nearly a decade in investment banking and completed more than 75 transactions globally for technology companies and private equity firms. Prior to investment banking, he was involved in the development of several billion dollars of large commercial real estate projects. This individual has been acting as a consultant for GPD.
This individual graduated Cum Laude from the Wharton School of Business with a B.S.E. in Finance and received his MBA from The University of Chicago, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was selected to Beta Gamma Sigma – Honors Society for Collegiate Schools of Business.
VP of Engineering
Our VP of Engineering was an Emeritus Professor with the Mechanical Engineering Department of M.I.T. and the co-author of 8 patents.
He has served as the Chief Scientist and technical lead on electrical energy generating activities for large utility companies in the U.S. and abroad.
Director of Operations
Our Director of Operations has a lifetime of distinguished operations leadership with Boeing, Cessna, General Dynamics and other leading aerospace companies. He has worked as lead operations manager for several prominent NASA and JPS space missions that involved launching space probes to other planets.
He has authored or co-authored 12 technical patents involving energy storage and transfer. He is set up technical manufacturing processes in the U.S. and foreign countries. He has an impressive track-record that proves his ability to manage to the numbers.
Director of Quality Control
Our Director of Quality Control has managerial, consulting and entrepreneurial experiences in both corporate culture and small business start-ups. President of CDMT Enterprises, Inc. dba Interstate Assessment Technologies, he formerly managed the Materials and Quality Services Division of the Corporate Engineering Department of Salt River Project. He created and structured this Division to provide the largest private electric utility company in the Southwest a process to perform vendor surveillance on all new construction projects, and equipment purchases, many in excess of $600M, and to conduct full scope materials engineering services for all operating power production facilities, on a self sufficient, fully in-house venue.
Key achievements include the development and implementation of fabrication / construction vendor surveillance programs for large industrial construction projects and electric generating stations and extensive R&D activities in Materials Engineering, Welding Engineering, and construction material conformance testing, energy system evaluations, as well as, new product acceptance testing and evaluation.
Executive VP of Sales
Our Executive VP of Sales, a major shareholder of GPD, is a senior-level sales strategist with technology knowledge and experience at CEO-level sales and is currently negotiating contracts that will assist with the launch of GPD. As Vice President of sales and marketing, this individual successfully grew a distributor based sales organization at a start up computer company and increased its productivity from $ 5,000 per month to $ 2,400,000 per month in two years time.
He then assumed the position of Executive Vice President of a proprietary Boston based MRP software and DEC OEM hardware company where he personally handled high end accounts like Coors Beer, Microsoft, Gates Tire and Rubber and Boeing affiliates and subsidiaries. He was the chief contract negotiator for the company for over nine years at which time he agreed to join GPD.
Director of Media Relations
Our Director of Media Relations has worked in the Television and Film industry for over 30 years. A successful Actor, Voice-over Actor, Narrator, Producer, Director, On Camera Interviewer, and Television Host, our director brings a world of experience to our team.
This individual has a communications and media relations background, and has now included Social Media into their resume. Our director holds a BFA from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, and has contacts all over the world in their network of communicators. This is a great time to be in communications. There are so many ways to bring news to the world, and we are excited that our director brings all this experience to the table.
VP of Foreign Sales and Relations
Our VP of Foreign Sales and Relations has over 15 years of valuable international business experience and a good understanding of the complexities of international communications. She has been working with the principal of GPD for many years, in many different capacities.
Previously she was the business owner of an International Trading Company with sales in Russia for “Russian Veterans”. She also led an effort to create a merchandising corporation in partnership with the Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg, Russia and the Merchant Banking Investment firm Sovcap, Limited.
Prior she was responsible for Product Planning for introduction of new products at Garrett Automotive and sales negotiations with French customers.
She received a French “Diplome d’Ingenieur “and an MBA. She speaks French fluently and Russian.”
